HUD INSPECTIONS
Representatives from the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) will be on-site at Columbia Parc on March 19th and 20th. They will be conducting inspections of the community's buildings and residences to ensure that they are in compliance with HUD guidelines and that there are no hazards or safety issues. Disruption to our residents will be kept to a minimum. Please call the Lifestyle Center at 504-284-4769 or stop by if you have any questions regarding these inspections.
HAPPY ANNIVERSARY
It's been just two years since residents first began moving in and calling Columbia Parc home. Since then, we have proudly delivered 515 apartments and townhomes, with 168 more under construction. We're planning a regular feature in this newsletter to keep you updated about developments in and around the Parc. In the meantime,  view the aerial image gallery to see our community’s progress.
SOUL FEST
Visit Audubon Zoo for the 9th annual Soul Fest, March 3-4, 2012. The two-day family friendly event is becoming one of New Orleans' biggest celebrations of African American history. You'll enjoy live music, authentic soul food, hands-on activities, and other entertainment all set among the exciting collection of exotic animals. The festival is free with general admission.  Click here to learn more
