Community Meeting
As we begin the new year, all residents are encouraged to attend the first community meeting of the year. Find out what’s new and happening at the Parc, and what community resources may be available to address your needs or concerns. The meeting will be on Thursday, January 16th at 6:00pm in the Community Clubhouse.
Personal Finance Workshop
Kingsley House Community Support Services Program and Capital One Bank are teaming up to establish The Columbia Parc Homebuyers Club and Debt Bootcamp. This innovative, collaborative program is proven to help individuals and families eliminate debt long-term and will give you a personal and confidential financial education from experts and Capital One Bankers. In addition, participants completing the program may be eligible for first time homebuyers benefits only made available to Columbia parc residents. Residents are encouraged to register for this opportunity by calling Kingsley House at 504-282-2424 or visiting us at our office across from the fitness center.
Hello, 2014!

From all of us at Columbia Parc, we hope that you and your family have a happy and healthy 2014!

Our offices will be closed on Monday, January 20th in observance of Martin Luther King, Jr. Day.
