Bayou District Neighborhood News
In partnership with LSU Public Health, the Bayou District Foundation helped select 10 seventh and eighth graders from Columbia Parc and Nelson Charter School to attend the World Leadership Conference in Atlanta, sponsored by Usher’s New Look Foundation. The children joined 500 other young leaders from around the world to attend seminars and learn how they can make an impact on their community. All of the kids had a terrific time and are looking forward to sharing all of the great ideas they learned in Atlanta!
